If you’re on an Apple device, go to the App Store or tap the Google Play icon if you’re on Android. Simply tap 'search' and type Onecta to find the app, then tap on the icon to download it to your device. Once it’s installed, open the Onecta app and you’re good to go.

Go to the App Store if you’re on an Apple device or tap the Google Play icon if you’re on Android. Simply tap 'search' and type Daikin E-care to find the app, then tap on the icon to download it to your device. Once it’s installed, open the E-care app and you’re ready to go.

The E-care app is primarily to help certified Daikin installers do their job. The only time you may need to access it is to register your unit if your installer hasn’t already done so. Instead, you should use the Onecta app to control your unit and monitor its energy usage. Once you’ve added the Onecta app to your mobile phone (Apple and Android) , you’ll have complete control, wherever you go.
